Top Lap

Too sneezy to join my friends for a beer, but too stir crazy to lie on my green fuzzy couch, I’m at Top Pot. It is 7:30pm on a Saturday, ten people, ten laptops. Right Guy is designing a web page; Left Guy is arranging his Itunes. I’m (attempting) to write for my literary fiction class. Is it sad or sweet? I’m going with the latter, we are alone together. Humans, social creatures, etc.
