Containers for %$*#@

The pressed wood at Ikea is giving me hives, but I'm priced out of anything else that's slightly interesting. So, I am driving down the self assembly route. My complicated ideas are moons beyond my limited sanding and drilling skills, so I anticipate slight dispointment. Just like when my halloween make-up resembles smeared eyeliner (exactly what it is), rather then a wicked scar/bruise/twig puncture.

I went to Second Use today, a salvage place for used building materials. I found this crate or shipping container or box? Hopefully it will become either file storage, a bathroom cabinet, or a coffee table and not end up extra closet storage.
