I discovered something today. NPR podcasts are free.
When I first started listening to audiobooks, Audible.com would charge for NPR subscriptions. Now, they are provided by NPR via iTunes (or another software). Some programs are shortened, but still better then missing them altogether.
Yep, I will up my donation during the next membership drive. On demand portable radio. Today, I laughed with Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me! while making rounds past the Sumatran tiger cubs and the marabou stork.
